---------There were cracks in the roof, leaky spots where they rain waters seeped into and settled into a steady drip-drop-drip-drop against the floor. An autumn wind rattled against the wearing out window panes. A cold figure was curled up into the corner, staring fixedly at the drops. "Drip drop drip dro- Shut up! No, let me sing about rain! Shut up! Just shut up! No! NO! NO!" His fingers clutched at a pendant about his neck and he trembled uncontrollably. "Oh God... oh God oh God oh God what am I?" he whispered and fell into tears. He drew himself into a ball and tried desperately to shut out the sound of the rain. He wanted to die.

Not far off, Zehava was sitting in her cabin, sulking. Her day had sucked, and from the looks of the weather - the night was going to be even worse. What was more, she was hungry and her food supply was running low. Grumbling to herself, she idly snapped her fingers a few times, letting fire craw from the air, onto her arm, and then wisp out of existence. She should probably go looking for food - but it was raining, and she hated rain. Nevertheless, she crawled out of her cabin, put her head down, and stomped off, leaving a trail of sparks in her wake that were soon snuffed out, hissing as raindrops hit them.

The icy wind of the cabin rooms drew ghost-bumps and chilling effect on Lawrence spine. It was really a frustrating cold nights when you just want to die and eat all the insanity in your heart. He curled his fingers in the bar railings of each rooms he passed, feeling off the coldness of the bars. Checking off one by one if there's any problem inside. He was lucky the guards let him walk in this hour. As this is a privilege to be enjoy, because you're an alliance member and VIP. Thought he might observed or learn something he should when he stalked in this time. He wet his drying lips with his tongue. While walking among one of the cabin, he heard one of the detainees shouting hard, angered and very irritated with the dripping sounds the raindrops making from the leaky roof of his quarter. Lawrence stopped himself, he thought of calming the boy but eventually changed his mind, realizing it won't help him after all. He just stared the little boy outside of his cabin, crying down helplessly.

Zehava frowned when she heard soft cries above the rain. At first, she thought it was a trick of the wind. She followed the noise, a small smile spreading on her face. If one of the inmates was hurt - it would be a simple thing to take a few of their things if she found anything of use. Survival of the fittest. She froze in the shadows of the cabin, however. The sound wasn't far off - unfortunately, neither was another, fairly dangerous looking inmate. She bit her lip. She wasn't really in the mood to get in a tousle today. She hoped he hadn't seen her.

---------As the depths of depression shallowed, Haru managed to somehow pull himself back to a human state, his awareness of his surroundings drawing his attention to the man looking in his locked, barred, and closed window. He jumped a bit at the sight and then pull back as far as he could into the shadows of the corner. "Go away, go away, go away, go away," he pleaded quietly, closing his eyes and covering his ears. People were bad. He hurt them or they hurt him. Anything resembling a normal relationship was beyond what he perceived himself to be capable of.

Zehava looked around, assessing her situation. She could sneak by him. There was a window in the top of the cabin where the sound seemed to be coming from. It was odd, seeing so many others in the cabins. She wasn't even aware that there had been other inmates in the area - and that worried her. She was accustomed to knowing the goings on around her. Quickly, she heaved herself up the side of the cabin and sat on the edge of the window-sill, for once glad for her military training and all of those climbing drills.
