Fashion Style:
She wears pretty much what every other girl in Israel would wear, normal clothing. She does, however, enjoy long, flowing clothing, though sometimes that's not practical at Sangvene. She keeps a pair of old army boots on her at all times, as they're excellent at protecting her feet and never wear out. She usually wears a pair of too-long cargo pants that she tucks into her boots, and then on top of that she adds a tank-top and perhaps a coat if it's raining or cold - Zehava is rarely cold though, so she normally wears just the tank top.Appearance:
Whether she likes it or not, she has everything going on that young men are attracted to. Zehava has lightly tanned skin, deep, dark eyes, and a head of thick, unmangeable hair that she often just throws into a ponytail. Back in Israel, she often wore it down, but here in Sangvene, that was no longer practical. She even cut it off at one point simply because it bothered her and would always catch fire. Now, it's grown back to its healthy, full length and she's considering chopping it all off again.History:
Zehava grew up in the Jewish quarter of Jerusalem with her mum, dad, four siblings, cousins, and just about the rest of her extended family. When she was six, a car bomb killed her father, leaving her mother a widow. Their Uncle stepped in to provide for the family, and shortly after that her grandfather died as well. When another bomb exploded near their house when she was thirteen, she discovered she could direct and control the flames, spreading them away from her house. Her father had been a fire-elemental, so this was no big surprise to her. When she turned sixteen, she was drafted into the Israeli army, and due to her volatile and difficult nature...things went downhill from there. Why they were convicted:
One fateful Tuesday on the hot and dusty streets of Jerusalem, a young man named David began to hit on Zehava while she was on duty- of course, Zehava would tell you that he accosted her. She got so annoyed with him that she summoned fire and left him with some rather painful third-degree burns. At first, the authorities looked the other way, but when she used her powers again on a girl who had stolen Zehava's Torah, then they decided enough was enough and sent her to Sangvene.Years in the Camp: 3 years
Life in the Camp:
Zehava now lives in one of the abandoned cabins. She's careful to keep it boarded and locked and dark at all times, as to not alert anyone that she's there. She keeps a few blankets there, along with a small fire pit for playing with her element and cooking things. There's a bookshelf where she keeps her books, the only one she has now is the Torah, the others had to be burned in a pinch. She tends to get her food by fishing in the pond and searching in the forest. Hunger is a constant companion that she's gotten accustomed to. She avoids run-ins with the inmates and guards at all costs and prefers to keep a low profile in the camp. Not many know she even exists. When she does have a run-in, however, her training from her year in the Israeli army definitely comes in handy.Personality:
Zehava is volatile like her element and the region she hails from. If you're on her side, watch out - you might not be for very long, and if you aren't on her side or you don't know her, than also watch out, because if you're not with her, you're her enemy. She distrusts everyone in Sangvene and it's very difficult to earn her trust. She is usually always quite scared, though she may never show it. She doesn't easily display her emotions beyond anger, as she views it as a weakness and as something that would not help anyone in the long run. Even in Sangvene, she does her best to adhere to her Jewish traditions and roots, as they're her last connection to home.Likes:
