Normally what you can find Scarlet dressed in is a black tank top, a plaid skirt, with a studded belt and chains. Normally in ripped leggings. Around her neck you can normally find about three necklaces one is her favourite handcuff choker that had a key and lock that dangle down from it. And on the occasion you can find her wearing a black or pink hoodie.

History:

Scarlet was an alright girl till she it around the age of 15. It was by then when she started making all sorts of friends and discovering her abilities. She soon started dying her hair, learning guitar and singing to band songs. She spent most of her time learning new songs. Things developed till she was 17 and then it was a night at a concert and things had gotten out of hand, she was with a group of friends. It had been late, the music was blaring and Scarlet was obsessing over the band leader. She just couldn't resist the temptation of using her power. She wanted a little bit closer than a V.I.P. treatment. She was gonna wait till after the show but temptation over took her, she grabbed the lead singer when he leaned towards her in the crowd. Everything was going just as planned until the guards took her away. A few months later she found herself with charges and shipped to a camp.

Scarlet is a person of her own kind. She likes getting her way with people. Using her abilities more to say. Some would say she's obsessed with it. While others might just call her a player. But she figures it's alright, its her natural talent and is up for any amount of fun. It would take someone special to make her so focused on just them and nothing else going on in her out-of-mind world. She is one who loves to sit around and jam out to music, but would also be one to go out and get serious if she was in a gang. While hating those who can not think for themselves Scarlet tends to also analyze things. When with a person who she can relate to a lot she can be wild and random but when needed most she'd be able to let out her darkest thoughts.
