Heh, hey guys!
Thought I should introduce myself because 2/3rds of you don't know who the heck I am. I'm a good friend of Starflower's, she invited me here because I was handy, and I decided to join for the heck of it. I've actually never roleplayed before but I do loads and loads of writing, from two Romance novels I'm currently working on, to Sci Fi and Fantasy, and a couple contemporary fiction pieces. That's my original work. I also write fanfiction (mostly for Doctor Who and some for Tangled which I haven't picked up in a while).
Anyway, some fictional exploits from my life include:
- I was born on Gallifrey
- I Own a pet Dalek named fluffy
- I Found Waldo
- I Squeak when poked
- I Obtained the scroll of ultimate nerdom
- I Threw a ring into Mt. Fuji
- I Won the nobel peace price for locking Hitler in a cupboard
- I Stopped Billy the Kid, Professor Moriarty, Cruella de Vil
- I made the Mona Lisa, Starry Night, the Last Supper
- I Created the Statue of Liberty (the little one) and David
- I Traveled with the tenteenth-and-a-half Doctor in the TARDIS
- I Became a spy under the name Nadia Chernisova (but we don't speak about that anymore)
I'm extremely character driven. I listen to my characters and let them tell me what to do. I usually come up with characters and run with them before I even have a plot (in other words, a HUGE seat-of-the-pantser). Ideas hit me in the middle of the night and they will NOT let me fall asleep. I see my stories in images, not in words. They play out like a movie in my head and then I write down what I see. I swear I have absolutely NO control over my characters, so they tend to be quite themselves becuase they won't let me do anything OOC! I tend to enjoy being quite cruel to my characters, but I also like doing fluffy, hilarious things as well. Typical writer, I suppose.
