Curiosity Snared The Curious {Open}

[ROXI RADCLIFF]

Roxi couldn't remember the last time she'd left the forest. Ever since the riot and gang occupations of various places in camp there was pretty much no interesting place to go anymore. The library, her once favorite spot, was now taken over by The Rebellion. Sure The Pack had helped them every now and then but that didn't mean she could just walk in there. The schoolhouse was a definate no no. That place was occupied by The Night Walkers which was full of danger. And even the forest wasn't completely taken over by the pack. There was the Earth Circle. Full of earth loving, kind species. They owned the grove. So basically the only remotely safe places left in camp were the bathrooms, the mess hall, and here.

It was dusk so she couldn't transform into a wolf yet. But she didn't really need to either. She could smell her way around the abandon cabins and she had a small flashlight to. Roxi was here to see if she could find anything in the cabins. The inmates who did not affiliate with any of the gangs hung out here. And since they had no real backup taking a few of their things would be easy right?

Roxi pulled her fur rimmed hood over her head and took a timid step into the nearest cabin. It was dark and musty and it looked like no one had called it home.

That doesn't mean there isn't anything here. I'm sure those loners know how to hide stuff.

Roxi pulled out her small flashlight and took a quick look around. She sniffed the air too make sure no one was hanging around outside and then turned on her flashlight. There was dust and faint outlines of where the beds used to be. Old wrappers and junk. She moved her light toward the left corner. It shined on a rectangular object. Her short heeled boots thumped the floor as she moved toward the object making her flinch and stop. Roxi then opted to move slowly this time. Her boots still made thumping noises but they were less clumped together.

Squatting down Roxi picked up the object and blew the dust off. A lighter. This was...okay. Testing it out she flicked the switch but got empty tries. " Damn it! " she growled in a hushed tone and tossed the worthless lighter down.

Lili only recently had begun making herself known to the rest of the camp, Little by little she was getting each gangs attention. It was her goal now to cause war between them all, The more fear and death their was the more she could feed which meant more power for her. The plan was simple really.

Smirking as she walked around the camp she removed the weaker members first and laid their bodies in pieces before their gangs homes. She knew doing so would eventually make the gangs angry and anger was what caused such chaos. She did did this for a few hours placing every persons body where it had to go.

Eventually she was done and was bored of the games. She just wanted to go for a nice nap. Wondering around she decided on the cabins, Normally their where little to no people their, if their was well things would be done. So that was where her next destination was to.

After walking for a short time she found herself outside of the building looking around for something. She had a strange scent coming to her one she was not used to. Walking inside she looks around not enjoying the idea the place was a mess.

After some time she found what she was looking for. It was a girl one she never had seen before. Looking at her she decided to not attack just yet but to figure out who and what she was first. The scent she gave off was like a wolf but also different.

Walking up towards her her steps made little noise due to her weight. Once close enough she cleared her throat gently and looked up at the other girl with a innocent smile on her face. In appearance she was innocent and looked to be only a child which made things all the more easy for her.

"Hello.. Umm i..im Lili.. Sorry t..too bother you but I was wonde..wondering If I could ask you a favor... You see Im to small to do it myself.. Could you maybe help? See their is a cabinet in here with some thing of value to me inside.. But I cant reach it to open it.."

It was almost sickening how innocent and kind seeming she could make herself seem. She was able to act nicely and like a scared child at any time. It was as easy as killing for her to do. As she waited on a answer she offered a small smile and kept her head tilted slightly to the right as she looked up.

That one little let down wasn't going to stop her. She shined her flashlight onto the floorboards. Maybe one of them was loose and had a hidden compartment. You had to get crafty in this place. Moving the beam along the floor slowly Roxi carefully studied the rises in the floorboards. She bent down and picked out a board that rose up just enough for someone to trip over. She tugged at it making it pull up enough to fit her index finger. Roxi pulled a little harder and the board came up but not without resistance. Her flashlight revealed nothing but dirt underneath. " Bust. " she muttered.

Roxi got up and a strange scent floated to her nose. Then she picked up the sound of footsteps coming from behind her. She whirled around and shined her light on a small girl. A really small girl. She didn't look old enough to be in her, but then again they'd throw any supernatural in her Roxi was sure.

The girl had a sweet little smile on her face. Roxi immediately thought of an angel stuck in Hell. Roxi judged that she didn't belong in here. This place was ruthless and a small girl like this would be easy pickings. Roxi smiled kindly. This girl was flashing nothing that Roxi had not seen before. The old, innocent girl needs help act.

Does this girl think I'm dumb? She smells strange though.

Roxi nodded when she asked for help getting something out of the cabinet. She flashed her light around the room until she spotted a cabinet in the left corner near the cabin door. Roxi took two steps in that direction then stopped.

" Hey, how do you know I won't take it, if there is really something in there? Also why didn't you just bring something to stand up on? " Roxi turned and flashed her light on the girl. Shaking her head she half laughed, " Did you really think I was going to fall for that little act of your's"

Lili watched the older looking girl closely she seemed actually pretty nice, And what ever she was here for she would not find since this place was stripped clean a while ago. She could not even find much, though their was a few things in the cabinate but they would not be what some one else would find of value. It was just a few simple things, Lili watched her every move and was not shocked when she had looked confused by such a small girl being in this place.

Once she went over to the cabinate and spoke she just offered a shrug and made herself seem confused by the question as though she had never even thought about it. But her last comment was slightly shocking. This one was much smarter then the rest of the people she had tricked. It was going to be much harder this time. But then again maybe she would not bother.. Since it was rare some one figured out her little game she decided to allow this one to walk away with no pain or death.

"Well good job... Not many figure it out so fast... Im amused well hmmm im not going to hurt you... Your different smart and should not be killed at least by me. And as for the chair hehe dont need one"

After she spoke she vanished and appeared infront of the stranger and opened the door. Inside was a small teddy bear and a few random items like a ipod and head phones. Nothing to important but still was stuff she enjoyed having around.

Roxi wasn't at all surprised by the girl's attempt. She had witness stuff like that during her year here. She had even fell for it once. Of course that experience was burned into her brain as something to be wary of along with other things. That's one reason why gangs didn't trust each other. Tricks. Everyone was fighting to stay alive. To get out, save for the Night Walkers.

A frown crossed Roxi's face when the little girl admitted to her act of innocence and how she would kill her. This made Roxi mentally roll her eyes. This girl, whoever she was, made it sound like Roxi would go down easy. Sure, Roxi wasn't to good a fighter, but she could manage and she had her fangs and claws. Also she had her ability as an elemental. But that was something she would rather not reveal. Not even members of The Pack knew she was an elemental. They just knew she was a werewolf with a strange scent.

Watching the girl reach up and grab some items she cast a glance around the room. This place was dry and the now creeping dark of night made it seem even more so. Turning toward the door Roxi glanced back at the girl. A part of her didn't want to just walk out and end the interaction here and there. Roxi wanted to know what this girl was. What her name was. Possibly make a friend outside of the pack. This caused Roxi to chuckle to herself. Back when she first joined The Pack, merely thinking of making connections outside of the group made Roxi uneasy. The Pack was safety and family. But now the idea was more then welcomed.

" Uh, My name's Roxi. Cool to meet you, I think. " she introduced suddenly realizing the girl, Lili, had given her name to Roxi.

When Roxi stepped outside it was just about dark. She could change. Turning off the flashlight she tapped it in her palm. She needed to put this somewhere. Objects like flashlights, unlike cloths, could not shift with the body. She turned to Lili.

" Could you hold this? " something in her knew she shouldn't, but where else would she put it.
