It's filed under confidential cases that only few HEROS knew his true identity.
Lawrence loyalty was on humans and HEROS... He was raised on a human foster family. Don't know exactly if he was left abandoned by his biological parents, but chances are. There are gossips and rumors about him in HEROS offices that his foster parents are indeed related to one of the HEROS officials. He was been trained in a secluded warehouse where he was thought how to control his powers and survival skills and basic combat, that he needed in order to survived inside the camp. He was oriented regarding the camp's facilities and introduced with the guards assigned. The HEROS didn't trust him, since he was still in fact one of the supernaturals. It is just they need someone to spy on the inmates... Lawrence doesn't have any criminal records, some said he was of Spanish ancestry, because of his name... But it was just a name, they don't know who he really is. "Perhaps they did also changed his name." , a HEROS employee exclaimed.

Why they were convicted:

To spy on the inmates...
As recently it was becoming more chaotic inside the camp, the HEROS decided to deploy a supernatural to act as their eyes and ears...

3.Lawrence blood is color black and turns to dark mist when exposed to light.
