History:

Candra spent her entire life traveling around countries, never a solitary creature she didn't stay in one place. However she is the daughter of the ex- King of the the demons who has been dead since she was 200 years old. The title in the human word doesn't exist

Why they were convicted:

Candra was traveling country to country, minding her own business, but during one mating season she was severely injured and her beast form was able to get what little control she had, and destroyed an entire village. While she was weak from the carnage and in human form, she was caught and taken in to custody and taken to Camp Sangvene, she has found a ally in Ava.
