All she knew was this place was the first place she saw when she first came here. And that was why she needed to come back. The gang she was in was nice and all, But she needed time to think and be alone. And this was the only place she could think of to go. All around her where people just like her, people who where different and powerful a so called threat. And that idea made her able to relax. Unlike some she liked this place now, Even though it was only her first week here it was much better then where she had been before now.
Just the idea alone twisted at her mind, The pain and scars from her past made her body cringe. As she stood thinking near the huge wall a voice came from some where above. Tilting her head she looked around and made a mouse like squeek when she saw a male above her pointing a rifle at her and yelling. He was saying something about moving before shooting. She gave a soft frown and looked up at him innocently. But then a rather synister smirk moved over her face. And the runes on her left arm began to glow a soft hue of red as she stared up at him. From out of nowhere ice formed around his rifle then shattered.
She hated humans more then anything in this world. She knew if the earth circle knew about what she was about to do she would get into trouble but, She wanted to make the point clear she was not going to let herself be hurt ever again. As she stood their her hair went from its light brown color to a pure black and her eyes as well shimmered to pure black as well. And a cold chill swept over the entire place. Like most witches she could summon elements and other strange things into existance. But this time she was going to use something much darker.
Her blood line was what made her ever so unique among witches where some used healing magic, black magic, white magic she used a unique magic long have to been thought forgotting. She used blood magic, a magic that can be used for good or bad but required a special birthright. Which she had and was the reason for the runes on her left arm.
As she remained staring at him a red aura arose from around her small body and lifted stone and dirt into the air. Thats when a shot went off. Had he honestly though she would let herself be shot? A evil smile moved over her face as tears of blood rolled off her cheeks. What she did Before he was able to move or react once more his entire body was caught in a strange mist that seemed to only be around him. And then his screams filled the air as his skin began to burn.
The mist went from a light grey to blood red as he slowly was eating away by it. Once his body was gone everything stopped as though nothing ever happened. But that also when she realized what she had just done. Turning around she ran away from the wall and stopped by a tree and dropped to the ground and tried to force herself to calm. Though it was not working out for her as the tears streamed from her eyes they continued to bleed, She was still not able to fully control blood magic which was not a good sign for her since it could consume her as well.
Breathing in and out she shut her eyes and rested against the tree and curled up against herself pulling her knee's to her chest and resting her face against her knee's She really did not want any one to know what was going on though she knew she had to get away from here before the guards found her. But she could not move right now. She was petrified of what she did and by the fact she could not control her magic right now. Even as she rested against the tree small red sparks surged around her body like an electricle current. These surges where a way for her body to release all the built up unused power but still hurt rather badly. And yet still all she could do was sit their idly in a small ball.

( IT'S CAVING IN AROUND ME) WHAT I THOUGHT WAS SOLID GROUND, I TRIED TO LOOK THE OTHER WAY, BUT I COULDN'T TURN AROUND IT'S OK FOR YOU TO HATE ME, FOR ALL THE THINGS I'VE DONE I'VE MADE A FEW MISTAKES BUT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE STEP AWAY FROM THE LEDGE IM COMING DOWN
“Where are we?” Genni whispered quietly to a dark shadow sitting on her shoulder, her hands reaching blindly out to brush across the rough texture of a tree trunk. She stepped forward cautiously, hand skimming the very surface of the tree until she skirted around it.
"The woods by the gate," Lutz whispered in her ear, his dark figure shifting slightly behind Genni’s long dark hair. Only glowing, beady eyes could be seen beneath the tresses of her dark locks. Lutz never revealed himself to anyone, only ever hid on Genni’s shoulder and peering out with those eyes, ever watching for danger that might befall his sightless mistress. His weight had been commonplace on her shoulder for many years.
Genni brought her free hand to her shoulders, a lock of hair winding its way around her finger before finding its way to her mouth where it was meticulously nibbled on. “Why? We’re not supposed to be by the gates.” Her voice rose an octave with nervousness.
Their conversations were always in German.
Tiny, rat-like claws brushed soothingly over the bare skin of Genni’s shoulder blades. "I won’t let anything happen to you. I never do, do I?"
Taking a deep breath, Genni nodded her head but the lock of hair didn’t fall from her nervously chewing jaw. She couldn’t see them, but she could almost feel the eyes of the mounted guards staring down at her, watching her every move. The small girl flinched when she thought she heard someone pull the barrel back on one of those rifles and quickly skirted behind a tree. Just ignore the blind girl, she’s probably lost! she imagined them thinking when she didn’t hear any other noises.
Lutz tugged gently at a handful of Genni’s hair. "Nothing’s wrong, they’re not doing anything. Just keep walking. We’re at a far enough distance from the wall and the gate that we shouldn’t make them nervous," he assured her, his voice a gentle croon.
She nodded her head and slowly pushed away from the tree she had hidden behind—or hoped she had hidden behind—and kept walking. Lutz had made it clear that getting some exercise every day was good for her, so he always made her go on these walks around the camp. Genni was ultimately grateful for it: if it wasn’t for Lutz, she would be sitting in a room, huddled in a corner with only her demons to play with and rats to eat, losing all use of her muscles.
Suddenly, a scream cut through the relatively quiet and serene forest. Genevieve jumped and lifted her head slightly toward where the sound had come. Finally the lock of hair fell from between her teeth and she lifted a hand to grope blindly for Lutz, who touched a tiny hand to her finger to let her know he was still there. "Turn to your left slightly—yes, now head that way. I want to see what that was."
“Why would we go toward the scream?” Genni nearly whimpered.
"Where’s your sense of adventure? Just go, I won’t let anything get you," he assured her yet again, patting her shoulder. Genni took another breath, then nodded and headed in the direction he had mentioned.
The walk seemed to take forever while Genni wound her way around ever obstacle, meticulously meandering in the direction of the scream. She was left after several meters to stand there alone while Lutz scoured the forest for someone, anyone. There was no guard posted on this length of the wall, and he found that very strange.
After what seemed like an hour—but was only fifteen minutes—Lutz returned and clambered back up to Genni’s shoulders. "There’s a girl to your right several meters ahead."
“Is she okay?”
"She seems fine. Just go find her," he demanded, sounding a little too eager.
Genevieve nodded and careful wound her way through the woods, following Lutz’s directions. When he told her the girl was near, she stopped moving and braced herself against a tree. “Hello?” she called, remembering that not everyone here spoke German. “Hello? We—I heard a scream.”

She continued sitting still in a idle like trance for a while. She could feel every little surge through her body as the magic was released around her. It was good that it released but bad since it was a rather painful process. It was like having hundreds of needles being jabbed into you over and over again.
As she sat still for a short time longer her eyes flashed open showing a red like hue forming along the edges of her pupils as drips of blood dripped down. Wipping it away she forced herself up on her knee's and took a long deep breath. That was when she herd a strange voice. Tilting her head slightly to the left she looked towards the direction of where it had originated from.
Before her was a girl a few years older then her by looks and had strange markings over her body. Who ever she was she was no one Ki had ever seen before. She stared a bit longer and kept utterly silent. She moved her eyes up, down, left and right and then shook her head a little. And spoke in a soft whimpery voice.
"No.. I killed him... and th...then I got these stupid mean shocks.. I dont get it.. I did..didnt mean to kill him though.. I really didnt.. He just was mean and I... I l..lost it.."
She was not overly happy about what was going on, she felt horrid for killing the poor guy now, But then again a more dark side of her urged to do it more. It was a hunger that side had that was never fed. But she would never let that side of her come out into this world.

Genni froze stiff when she heard an unfamiliar voice start going on about murdering someone. Her body shook slightly and her muscles tensed as she prepared herself for the worst—this person was obviously dangerous and unstable by the way she was going on about it.
But the speech was somewhat familiar—she had done the exact same thing to all of those kids at her school. . . . No, no she couldn’t judge this girl for that.
The Crocotta stepped forward, hand brushing against the trees to make sure she was going in the right direction and wasn’t going to run into a tree. “It—it’s alright. I—I’m sure it happens here a lot,” she assured the voice—definitely female by the sound of it. It sounded like she might be crying, but Lutz had fallen silent, probably observing for the time being, making sure this girl wasn’t going to attack his mistress. “The guards won’t care. . . .”
Lutz decided to speak up then. “I think it was a guard,” he whispered in her ear. She turned her head slightly toward his voice and nibbled gently at her bottom lip. “There was one missing on the wall. . . they stack in certain increments along the wall and that one was missing.”
“Who—who did you kill?” Genni asked, not wanting to jump to conclusions. If it was a guard she killed and she was found out, she might be in real danger. She was hoping Lutz was wrong, but she would have to take certain measures if it was a guard that she had killed.
Like getting out of the forest, for one. Somewhere she knew.

This certainly was not the best of days, Why did her powers have to be so uncontrolable. Now that the guard was dead if she was to be spotted they would kill her or something like that. It was just not a good sign at all. She listened as the other girl spoke and asked questions. But Ki's attention was all over the place. She just could not focus right now.
Turning her head towards the tower she looked up to where the guard had been, and frowned a bit. Their was nothing left their now but a empty spot, and None of the other guards seemed to have noticed or simply they just did not want to get involved. Witches where a strange species since it was hard to tell what magic they actually could control. And in this place she was seen as a sweet and innocent little girl.
It was that very reason not many people bothered her. It was not like any one had a single thing to gain from doing so. Turning her head back towards the other girl she blinked for a moment then remembered she had been asked a question.
"It was one of the guards.. He said he was going to shoot me.. All I was doing was sitting here... "
She sighed and focused back on balancing the magic in her body. Doing so was not overly easy though. Shutting her eyes she flared her Aura around her, and then released it in one forceful push. Sending all the excess power from her body. The small electricle like shocks stopped afterwards.
With a sigh of reliefe she walked towards the other girl and looked her over a bit more closely but still kept far enough distance to be safe, She was not overly trusting with people since they always seemed to be bad. Especially ones she did not know or where not in her own gang.

Her heart sank as the girl admitted to killing one of the guards. She had been hoping that it wasn’t the case, but it seemed that Lutz’s deduction had been correct. Genni swallowed hard and took a deep breath. If what Lutz was saying was true, then maybe the other guards hadn’t noticed—besides, an alarm hadn’t sounded or anything. . . .
And the guards knew that it was dangerous working here, didn’t they? They wouldn’t know who killed the guard, just that he died doing his job. . . that would be enough for them, right?
“Well I mean he probably wasn’t going to actually shoot you if you weren’t doing anything. . . ?” she asked rather than deducted. Why would they shoot someone who wasn’t doing anything? They could be out this forest, they just couldn’t try to escape or anything. “You probably—didn’t have to—kill him.”
The sad part was, she was trying to make the girl feel better.
“Back up, back up, back up!” Lutz suddenly hissed in her ear when he noted that the girl was doing something. Little bits of static electricity was popping and sizzling around her as if she was a robot suddenly coming to life, and he didn’t know if it was going to hurt Genni or not. Thankfully the Crocotta didn’t question him and backed up immediately, nearly tripping on a rock sitting behind her.
Whatever the other girl was doing died down and the air returned to normal, the strange tension and power gone. Genni steadied herself on another tree, patting at it to make sure it was stable before she allowed her legs to strengthen underneath her.
Lutz tugged at Genni’s hair gently and crawled closer behind her neck. “She’s coming closer!” he advised her. His German was harsh.
Instead of moving, Genni froze. She heard footsteps and lifted her hand to play with her hair, attempting to hide Lutz in the process. When the girl got closer, Genni leaned back and pressed her lips into a thin line, pushing her body more firmly against the tree. Was she going to hurt Genni because she knew that the girl had killed a guard? She reached out with her hand around the tree and stroked her fingers gently against the bark, ready to pull a demon from the tree to protect herself if she needed to.
“She’s looking at you,” Lutz whispered as quietly as he could.
Genni turned her head in the direction she thought the girl was. “Wh-what?” she asked, slipping a strand of hair between her lips and nibbling at it.
