For a few days now Cody had been at this forsaken camp, Why he was here he understood but he was not going to allow it to change him. His ideals on what he had done where justified. Even if the guards tried to beat it into his head their was no chance he was going to just give in and start behaving like some kind of stray pet for them to train. To him it was just a joke. This now was the forth day at the place and he had yet to meet a single other, which was mainly by choice since he avoided every one.

As he walked along a small path he headed to the dense forest to see what he could find to keep himself entertained. Bored with the walking idea he decided to make things easier. The sound of his bones cracking and skin tearing filled the air and caused some of the birds to fly off. Slowly his body began to switch and change as she shifted forms. Taking on his most favorite form a large pure white wolf with a black patch of fur in a wolf like shape on its back. Once the form of change was finished he stretched and let out a soft yawn.

Looking around he took off soon after and moved quickly through the forest barely making a sound as doing so. His eyes continued scanning the area every so often until he came to a halt at a area of scorched wood and what looked like utter destruction. His eyes scanned the burned forest as he slowly walked forwards into it. The smell hitting his sensitive nose like a wave the deeper her went the stronger it became. Making his nose wrinkle slightly.

The place was unique though and by guess he would think not to many came here since their was nothing pretty about it. And the place just made him wonder exactly what had gone on here, this whole place was strange most of the buildings where abandoned or hard to get into and barely any guards bothered actually moving to the grounds and kept away. He would have guessed something had to have happened a while ago.

After searching the area for a while and his white fur getting some what covered by ash and dirt he decided to stop and sit. Doing so he sniffed around and he kept his attention at its peak not sure what might be around or even if he should be here, Their was still alot about the place he was unsure off though he had to admit it would be fun to continue the adventures of learning more about the place..

The moon floated in the sky, surrounded by whisps of clouds that resembled smoke creating an eerie atmosphere from the tree tops as Ava held on to the high tree top. There was a cold breeze up here, tugging her long, blonde locks as she gazed at the forest below. Unfortunately, she wasn't supposed to be in the forest at all. It was Pack territory, and the Pack wasn't exactly on best terms with her gang. Whatever, she could stay in the treetops, they couldn't get her there. The forest was just great for practising her climbing and jumping abilities.

Ava was dressed in a usual red top with bootcut jeans and leather boots. A black belt with her usually silver bullet-firing handgun was also around her waist. There wasn't anything particularly unusual about Ava today. Normal clothes, normal activities, normal attitude.

She could see the blackened part of the wood here, it smelled horrid-but she thought she saw a little bit of a white pelt there. Perhaps one of the pack? They were always sticking their fat noses where they shouldn't. Perhaps she should set them in their place? Even have a little fun, it couldn't hurt. She hadn't practices battle moves for a while. It was worth a shot. She jumped from her pine tree to the next closest, gripping on the branch and swinging herself to the next until she was only a few trees away. That was when she noticed that his scent wasn't a werewolf, therefore he couldn't be in the pack. She climbed up a tree from the edge and watched from the largest branch, sitting so her long legs dangled from the edge.

It was a shapeshifter, a male shapeshifter. She had no idea what his age or looks were, as he was currently transformed into a wolf. She cleared her throat to grab his attention and gave a classic smirk, "Hello there.", knowing he wouldn't actually be able to respond-however. He'd be able to understand her, and she was curious to see his reaction. Especially if he knew her or not. She was quite popular with people who knew what was what around here.

Cody had been here for only a short time no before his attention was captured by a strange scent. It was not human and not like anything he smelled before. It was almost sweet. He did not turn his attention though even as it grew closer. Who ever it was he doubted they where going to do anything yet and if they tried they where alone. He stretched out fully and rested on the cool ground enjoying the feeling of the coolness.

As the sound came close of tree's moving ever so slightly and a voice rang over to him he tilted his head and looked up toward where it had come from. It was a young looking girl around his age by appearence. Though she was not human at all so he guessed she was either a vampire or lycan. As she spoke he did not give a human response but let out a soft howl to respond. And offered a cocky fang bearing smile.

Before long the earie sound of bones crunching and flesh tearing he began to shift back to his natural form. It did not take to long for him to shift and the pain from it did not bother him much since he often shifted even though it did wear his body out. As the shifting finished he stretched a bit letting his joints loosen up before looking back towards her.

He was dressed in simply clothing a hooded t-shirt and blue jeans with a few tears in them. Now she was able to see what he looked like his appearence would seem less then normal to some since he did not dress like others and seemed to show no care on how people saw this.

"Yeah.. Sorry but not really here to talk " Letting out a sigh he rolled his eyes and sat down on a log that was not far from him. He really had no clue who she was or did he overly care, his goal here was to simply be left alone and to mind his own. And so far till now it was working perfectly.

Ava laughed a little, he was definitely new around here. You weren't approached by a vampire and denied their company. You thanked them for not ripping your neck open. "Well we can talk, or I can kill you. Your choice really." she said shrugging and dropping from the tree with ease, landing on the ground with soft thump in the ash.

He was younger than her, then again everyone here was younger than her. She only appeared to be eighteen-but then again she was young for a vampire. 22 was young for potential eternal life-but everyone else here was younger than 19-so she was older thankfully. It let her look down her nose at all those... mortals. She gave a mental laugh, not letting it show above her skin though.

She leaned on one leg and crossed her legs, giving him a questioning look. "So are you going to tell me what the hell you're doing out here or do I need to force it out of you?" she asked. He seemed to be powerful enough, he had just been a large wolf only a little while ago. She wondered vaguely if he might be strong enough to join her cause. He obviously was new and not that educated on the hierarchy of the Camp. If he was strong enough he might actually make a decent fighter someday. But she was getting ahead of herself, if he ever wanted to join her gang he'd have to learn to show some respect-and fast. Of coarse there was always the chance he'd make a better meal than a warrior. Ava never liked to lean on one decision.

He kept his eyes on her even as she moved he was uncaring of who she was or even the threats she made. All this was stupid to him. And her little comment only made things worse and irritated him all the further. Looking at her when she dropped down and stood trying to seem all elegant and cool he smirked and rolled his eyes.- "Well im not in the mood for either to be honest.. But simply I can care less who or what you are Id prefer if you got the hell away from me and went along with your own business. "

Arching his back he stretched a little more letting the rest of his muscles lear up from the change it often did seem to leave him slightly stiff afterwards. But never overly bothered him. Walking towards her he stopped only a few inches away and looked down at her. His eyes where cold and bitter, And it was not hard to see he overly did not like being bothered nor held any clue of just who she was. All her threats would seem to do was have angered him more then he already was about being stuck in this place.

Leaning down close he whispered softly in her ear in a cold and sinister voice. " I enjoy places such as this some one like you im shocked does not being dead and all.. maybe thats why your so hmm what is that word I need.. Oh irritatingly annoying. " -Turning away from her he waved back to her and the sound of his bones cracking filled the air once again. Though the change now was almost instant as he reverted back to the wold like form, even though his wolf form was much larger then any wolf near here it was still not as large as the lycans form.

Turning his head towards her he growled softly and then took off towards the main forest away from the ash and debree left from the fire that had destroyed the place. he simply did not want her company or any ones for that mater.

Ava narrowed her eyes and watched him transform. No. No that's not how things worked around here. This kid seriously needed a reality check. She watched him run and instantly jumped back into the trees after him, following at a decent pace after him. You couldn't run from a Vampire.

Usually Ava could care less for the... less educated of the people around here. If you couldn't keep up with Sangvene you were nothing but food-but he was new and it could be her good deed for the week to just knock it into the thick, wolf skull of his. So for a while she simply followed him-no doubt he knew this but she had become excellent at navigating trees. She could tell if a branch would or wouldn't support her weight in the trees-and her balance matched any vampire of her age. She practised constantly and she knew it kept her on her toes, ready for any situation she was put in.

Now all she had to go was get his immediate attention. Ava really feel like close combat at the moment. She didn't want to hurt the poor little shapeshifter. So, the safest tool she had at her disposal was her gun, right? It'd worked before, she figured it work again. So she pulled out her gun and aiming a few meters in front of his path, so she knew it wouldn't hit him-but hopefully it might get him to stop and pay attention. Ava didn't like being ignored. It was a sign of disrespect-and Ava just loved respect.

"You know." she said, "It's funny how that I'm dead, but when your bones are rotting in the ground I'll still be up here kicking asses and taking names." she said from above him, still in the trees. Which was true, that was one of the first things she had realized after it had finally hit her she was a vampire. She'd be living for a very long time, if she was strong enough. Every mortal she ever knew would be dead and buried while she lived with eternal youth. It was a nice thing to think about, for Ava at least. That may even be why she didn't take many 'friends'. It was going to be her and herself for a while-she figured she may as well get used to it.

He moved quickly through the forest, his pace in this form being much faster then if he kept in his human form, but still yet she was able to keep up with him with ease. It was not something he was used to, being tracked so easily. Though he should have known she was not going to take well to what he had told her. But he was stubburn and slightly bull headed, so it was normal for him to blow people off.

His speed was halted quickly as the round came inches infront of him from her pistol. Stopping he lookes up towards her and growls before laying down, he knew after what she had said if he kept running she would most likely just shoot him. And even as bull headed as he was he was not wanting to die just yet.

Resting his head on his paws he waits for her to come down, He saw no reason to change back since if he did he would be even more weak, so this form was his best bet. Even if he could not harm or even out run her at least he could make some kind of attempt if it was needed.

As he waited on her his chest waved with each breath and his eyes kept a close watch on her. Not sure exactly now what her attentions where he was slightly nervous and did not overly want to further the situation by means of acting aggressive or by doing something foolish. Vampires as far as he knew where one of the ultimate races. If he where a lycan this would be different but this was not so so even if he appeared like one in size and form he was not.

Ava dropped from the trees again, this time her expression was less than impressed at the cocky shapeshifter. Finally he seemed to be able to get it that she was the alpha in this confrontation and should be treated as such. Ava demanded respect from all her fellows, whether she needed to add brute intimidation was their choice. "Thank you for your attention. I must say, it's appreciated." she said dryly.

She still held her pistol in her hand, though loosely. She didn't make any move to shoot or aim just yet-but was prepared to start at any moment. "Now. Tell me. Who the hell do you think you are to walk away from me. Either you're really stupid, or you're in the need for a real ego check." she narrowed her eyes then smirked, "Oh wait, you can't. Because you're a dog. How smart of you. Personally then I guess I'm leaning towards really stupid. What do you think?" she smiled and raised her eyebrow.

She was testing him, to see how much of a temper he had-plus she was bored and he was pissing her off. There wasn't anything funnier than annoying someone to the point they wanted to rip your throat our-but not being able to because you could flick them off like a burr caught on your pant leg. Ava's entertainment sources were rather limited, other than her training-pissing people off was pretty much her weekly soap that she simply couldn't miss.

Cody laid still as she landed down near him and spoke in her cold tone. He wanted to revolt and kill her, but he knew their was no way she was going to be able to even harm her. And what ever it was she wanted he was going to have to deal with since their was no way he could go any where now. But the way things seemed she simply was just enjoying mocking him, since she knew all to well their was nothing he could do about it.

Her words where directed to push his buttons and as she asked her questions and called him a dog he remained still for a short time before streching out at full length and letting out a soft growl in response. Standing up he gives a shrug of the broad shoulders and then looked back towards her wondering what else she was going to do or say.

Simply he knew she wanted test him and push him into doing something stupid, Just to give her the reason she needed to fight him, And as good as he was at doing so their was no way he could compair to her strength. Stretching once more he began to change forms once more until he returned to his human form, the sound of it waking the forest as birds began to fly away.

Once shifted he sat down on a stump that rested behind him. And he looked back towards her. Letting out a sigh he cleared his throat for a moment and then decided to speak to her. He figured it would be smart to try and not piss her off more then he already was, and that for him was something he was not good with. Through his entire life he was the alpha and the strongest person he knew. And now that he was here that was no longer so.

"What do you want from? It must be something if you have chased me down.. And you have not killed me yet so either you like to play with your food or theirs something you want.. Theirs no reason for me to run... and I cant fight you, So just get it over with please.."

Ava smiled a little, narrowing her eyes. "You learn quickly." she said, turning and placing her pistol back in her holder. "Maybe you're not hopeless in this place." she crossed her hands across her chest and looked him over. She hadn't really expected submission so quickly, in all her honestly, but then again she didn't really mind. It just meant he wasn't a complete idiot.

"Seriously, you make it sound like I was trying to eat you." she snorted, shaking her head. "Don't think that if I wanted to kill you that you wouldn't be dead already." she added, leaning back on a tree that was behind her. "One. Don't disrespect me. You can walk away when I say you can walk away. Two. Cut the attitude, that's my thing." she looked up to the trees and gave a deep sigh, thinking thoroughly before she spoke. "What was I saying? Right..." she smiled and gave a small shrug.

"I thought I'd actually do a you a favour and not kill you. Yes, yes, you're welcome and all that." she laughed, obviously being sarcastic at the last comment. Only the pathetic people thanked her for their lives, she usually killed them if they did-she only spared lives that were actually worth something. "Because you're new here, and I thought I'd cut you some slack, and maybe give you a few tips-like don't piss off a Vampire for one." she laughed a little and smirked.

He listened to what she had to say, really she was pretty much full of herself and some what annoying. He guessed it was because she thought since she was a vampire that she could tell every one what to do and they would bend to her will like a little spinless insect.

He continued to listen and kept a small smirk on his face just waiting on her to finish. One thing about him was he never backed down and even though he prefered life over death he was not going to let her walk all over him, If he gave up his right to be himself then what was the reason left to live in this world. After all he was locked away for being different and so called highly dangerous.

As she said her last words he smirked even more and rolled his eyes. He had herd enough of what she was saying and it was his turn. Unlike most shapeshifters who where considered weak by most he was going to prove they where not just some species to be treated like insects, It was something he just could not stand. Pushing off from where he was resting he walked in a pacing motion for a moment.

"You know... I thank you for the tips.. really I do.. But let me give you one. See I dont like being talked down to or being bossed around.. Yeah I know your a big strong vampire and your the ultimate killer blah blah blah.. But really you are weak... Hell you cant even go outside during the day you dont like silver and if you dont feed you go into some weird pms like mode. Sooo.... Really are you all that great? Is it worth the strength and immortality or is it just a waste? I think so."

His words where just as cold as his tone was now. He was done playing games with her, before now he was going to just deal with what she said and all that but this was different she thought she was something real special. And over all that just angered him more. And the fact she spoke to him like a idiot was not helping matters at all.

With a sigh he stretched out a bit and shut his eyes. He knew after that little speach she was going to be rather upset and try something. And before he would give her the chance to he decided it would be better to make the fight a little more fair.

His entire body began to make a aweful cracking sound as the flesh tore and his bones sounded as though they where being crushed and snapped. He normally prefered the small wolf like form since it was almost painless for him to change to but against her he needed something bigger. Before long his body completely shifted leaving a massive albino white bear before her. It held the same markings as his wolf form due to the tattoo on his back.

Standing up on his back legs he looked down towards her and let out a soft growl as he watched her carefuly. Still unsure exactly what she was going to do. If their was a fight he knew he could not last to long against her but at least would do his best and not run.

Ava wanted to break all his ribs and pull his heart from the rubbled mess that would be his chest and feast from his flesh. But, she didn't have a chance. Before her eyes he changed into a huge bear. He had to make this more dramatic than it needed to be, didn't he? Well, she didn't need to feed off him-not with so many delicious little kids running around-just asking for holes in their neck. Stupid Animals, their blood always had tasted foul to Ava-but she had never really drank Animal blood if she could help it. Supernatural blood was far better, though she remembered the taste of human blood-it was far better than any blood there was.

So, in reaction to his transformation, she raised her eyebrow and jumped up the tree she had been leaning on and disappeared in the leaves, he'd never be able to reach her by climbing as a bear. The kept her ear on him, as she couldn't see him in the leaves. She began to think of evasive manoeuvres in case He could, probably, simply push the tree back and try and fling her out... If he did that she'd just have to jump ship.

Now, how would she attack? It'd be easy to simply shoot him down, but it would weaken her position at the moment-as both her hands were holding on the branches to keep her balanced as well as feel the vibrations if he started to push the tree down. Nah, she'd have to do this guerilla style. Ambush. Or Maybe not... She climbed higher in the tree, branches tugging on her top as she did-though she gave them no attention. Until she was at the top. The leaves were thinner up here and she could see the bear, whom was now considerably less big from her view. "I think you're biting off a little more than you can chew... I mean, I've killed worthier opponents than you with less effort." she called down, her eyes narrowed. "Give up now and I'll give you a clean death."

Cody simply watched her as she quickly moved. It was strange to see a vampire run away to high ground. Though her choice for a place to go was not so smart. If she had not realised it yet, He could easily get to her. Why did every one think bears could not climb? It was in their nature to do so. But nope hunters and every one always think Oh if im up here Im safe. Sadly this is not a true fact.

But in her case it was no point for him to go after her. Since he would not be able to keep up with her. She was much faster now then he was, strength wise he held a chance but in speed he would not do so well. Keeping his eyes on her he let out a loud growl in response to what she had said. It was strange here she was making the threats and yet was the one in the tree hiding. If she found him so weak then why not come down and fight?

Walking over to the tree she rested on he placed two of his massice clawed paws on it and pushed forwards, Forcing the tree to bed under the weight. Stepping back he allowed the tree to snap back up right, Hoping she would fall, though he doubted she would. In the worse case he would just change forms again and leave. it always made things easier. And she was no worry to him.

After relesing the tree he keeps his eyes watching above searching for where she was. It would be more fun if she simply came down and joined him on the ground. And this time it was not him who started the fight it was her. He asked nicely for her to leave him alone and refused so now it was fair game for him. And he was just playing the waiting game.

Ava saw him push the tree down and then exploded. She ran down the tree straight at him and jumped right onto his head, running quickly down his back. All before he could let the tree loose. It would be idiotic to stay in the tree while he let it go, if she wasn't flung out of it she probably would mess up her clothes quite a bit. So she knew she had to get out of there as soon as possible. Once she jumped off his back and was on the ground behind him, she turned around with her eyes flashing with an intense red colour-though returned to their normal blue colour quickly.

She flexed her shoulders and narrowed her eyes at the best. He sure did have a few exotic shapes. The Albino bear? She'd never even heard of something like that. Well, she guessed he just had access to more animal species than her. Still, what was a great weakness for bears? Well, for most animals it was the underbelly- but he seemed to have a thick pelt. Damn, she had hoped it wouldn't be a quick death-but she had no experience at all with fighting massive albino bears.

She pointed her gun right at the big white beast and shook her head, her expression still pretty aggravated and a little twisted smile appeared on her lips. "Give me one reason not to blow your fat head off right now." she said with a sarcastically sweet voice. She took a few steps back and narrowed her eyes, eyeing him in case he was going to attack her.
