In the near future things have changed quite drastically. The American government has fallen and America has been cut off from the rest of the world. Small colonies begin to grow and with them come their own forms of government.

Welcome to Birchwood, the beautiful town in today's Washington State. The trees are plentiful and the mountains as well. Another thing quite noticeable to any who venture here is the castle on the hill, which has become an asylum, a hospital, a rehab. What ever it is to you, it is anything but pleasant.

Choose between being a mentally unstable patient, an addict, an alcoholic, an employee at the hospital or even just a simple towns person. Either way you're all trapped in this pitiful town and you may learn that everyone has a secret you just might rather not know.
