Henry and his family are not in need of finances and thus can afford fairly good quality clothes. He generally dresses in good quality dark blue jeans or black pants accompanied by a dress shirt of green, black, white, or blue. Ties are something he has never been fond of and will avoid wearing unless absolutely necessary.

Appearance:

Henry is a fairly handsome young man with a square jaw and a friendly smile. His skin is fair, contrasting with his dark brown hair. Above his bright grey-blue eyes are a pair of thick but not bushy eyebrows. His ears are on the large side and over all his appearance takes after his mother's side of the family. He is an average height for his age and still growing. Built more leanly he is still strong but not nearly so muscly as the non-humans in the camp, the guards, or anyone who has had a decent amount of training in combat.

History:

Henry was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington as the older of two children by one year. His mother was beautiful, gentle, kind, and in all respects far out of the league of his somewhat self-centered work-oriented father. Never the less his father did love his mother, one of the only people in the world he truly loved besides himself. Henry's younger sister Stella was always his father's favorite and she was the queen of all daddy's girls. Though he wanted his father to be proud of him, Henry never was able to truly live up to the expectations set. His mother always encouraged him and when she died of cancer when he was ten, Henry was grief stricken. His father became less caring towards his children and gave them what they wanted and needed but never was a father to them. Stella somehow managed to make her way into his favor but Henry became distant. When their father became warden of Sangvene, at first Henry chose to stay with his grandparents but eventually moved to be with his father. One day he started sneaking out into the camp and as he observed the inmates, he began to disagree with his father's work and secretly began leaving supplies and food lying around for them to find, doing what little he could to make their lives better.

Life in the Camp:

Henry has his own living space amongst the guards' apartments. Sometimes he will visit his father but generally spends his time with the guards or in the camp itself.

Personality:

Henry is smart and has a compassionate side to him. He worries about other people sometimes too much and will do everything he can to help them. The part of him that wanted his father to be proud of him died when he learned what the man was doing to the non-humans. He is the kind of man who, if he learned the skills, would make an excellent leader. When he sets his mind to do something he will go through with it to the end no matter how hard, how long, or how painful. Henry is a man of his word who will always keep his promises. Though he is generally tolerant, his patience has its limits like any man but he is not the sort to be physically violent because of it.
