Abilities:

A nullifier has the ability to cancell out abilities. Magic or superpowers alike. Though this is limited to a area of fifty feet in a circle like pater around them.

This ability works on all powers except for their own. And their is no way to control it. Its active at all times.

Their other abilities that make them unique is they absorb others powers, and turn it into energy, which in turn acts like pure caffein.
and the last ability is some have been known to be able to mimic others powers though that is very rare.

Weaknesses:

Since their ability is simple, they dont hold any other unique traits so are much more like a human then others. So they are not physically dominate or mentaly either.

Being shot, cut or stabbed would be the same for them as a regular human.

Strengths:

This species is most powerful with age.
other then that besides being able to remove others abilities they are not all that powerful.

Their is nothing different from humans to them.

They are normally rather energetic, why? Because the fact they absord the energies from powers around them which gives them alot of energy like a caffine high.

This race has been around for thousands of years, though normally are more known as monks since they learn to focus their powers to push it even further to a point of stealing others gifts. Though only a slight few have been able to do so.
